GDP Growth In Guangdong

   Create a "4 trillion"

It is understood that since 1985, gross domestic product Accounting is carried out separately at the national and regional levels, and GDP is accounted for separately at the national and local levels. Since then, the GDP sum and average growth rate of all provinces in China have long lagged behind the national data released by the National Bureau of Statistics, and basically presented a "1+1>2" pattern. For example, in the first half of 2009, the GDP of each province exceeded the national GDP by 1.4 trillion yuan, and the annual difference was 2.68 trillion yuan; In the first half of 2010, the total GDP of each province exceeded the national level by 1.45 trillion yuan, and the annual difference was 3.2 trillion yuan; In the first half of 2011, the total GDP of each province exceeded the national level by about 2 trillion yuan, and the annual difference was 4.6 trillion yuan, setting a new record.

   Expansion of "trillion club"

Looking at the GDP data published everywhere, there were 6 more provinces in China in 2011( Tianjin 、 Chongqing 、 Jilin 、 Shanxi 、 Jiangxi 、 Guangxi )New entrants have joined the "trillion club". So far, the GDP of 23 provinces in China has exceeded trillion yuan. Among them, Guangdong 、 Jiangsu and Shandong Guangdong continued to rank among the top three, and its GDP exceeded 5 trillion yuan for the first time, reaching 5.3 trillion yuan. Jiangsu and Shandong are respectively 4.9 trillion yuan and 4.5 trillion yuan, which seems to be one step away from catching up with and challenging Guangdong's position as the largest province in terms of GDP. In 2011, Zhejiang continued to lead the "second group" with a total GDP of 3.2 trillion yuan, the only province with a GDP of 3 trillion yuan. In 2011, there were four provinces with a GDP of more than 2 trillion yuan, namely Henan, Liaoning, Hebei and Sichuan.

GDP growth rate is "high in the west and low in the east"

From the perspective of GDP growth, except for Beijing, Shanghai and Zhejiang, the GDP growth of 28 provinces, autonomous regions and cities in China has reached double digits, with the growth rate exceeding the national level of 9.2%. The economic growth of the western region is significantly faster than that of the central and eastern regions, showing a pattern of "high in the west and low in the east". The growth rate of Inner Mongolia, Sichuan and Guizhou in the western region is 15%. Beijing and Shanghai have the lowest GDP growth, only about 8%.
